Nanny Ella had never heard her little Pammy so worked up before. She chuckled softly and shook her head. “Oh my, little one! It sounds like you’ve had quite a day! But don’t fret or worry, this is absolutely wonderful news! You’ve been my little girl for so many years, and you’ve always hoped for a playmate. Pammy, you may have found one!” “Do you think so nanny? Do you think I should actually say something to her about, well…me? Like the real me?” “Oh Pammy,” Nanny Ella said, “of course you should!
