when I have worn them with my friend he has made me wear them in public and I did wet in them. Hehe, it wasn't easy to get the bladder to do it the first time but when it finally did I was surprised how good it feels. I loved it and have done it again, such fun.

My Mommy sometimes wants her boy diapered 24/7. So at times I do wear in public. I wear loose fitting shorts or chinos over them.

When we are out together, there is no mistaking I'm diapered. We use super Dry Kids, and the plastic backing does crinkle. People do notice.
