changing diaperz

if i've got a messy diaper that needs a good clean up and you were helping me clean it up, how would you go about it?

oh sweetie, if you've made a messy in that diaper then we gotta take it off, by stretch or by tabs. then we have to throw it away and get the wipes so your bottom can get all nice and clean and then....we get a new fresh diaper under you before getting out the powder and puffing it over you, then I'll give your outer thigh a little pat pat before doing up your diaper. now your clean and fresh!
