Dash 30-10?

What's dash 30-10?
I listened to a story read by a man, and I don't get "Dash 30-10".

Gee whiz. I don't understand this one bit. It sounds like my old Spanish tapes from high school. "Please change or turn over tape".

What gives? I ran into this off site.

I know there was a Musical that opened that was called Dash and it opened on October 30th, 2010. It was pretty well hyped at the time and they were referring to the opening date as Dash 30-10, but that's the only Dash 30-10 that I am familiar with. I don't think that is what he meant though, or maybe he did. lol
