How to post a picture in one of the cat forums

How do I post a picture to one of the chat forums mommy's I was trying to send a picture of the bib I plan on getting to get the opinion from you mommy's ?
In case you still need this, just hit the full editor button at the bottom, and then you can click and drag your pic into the response window.
