What spanking position do you find that is most effective when giving punishment? Over the knee? diaper position? bent over something? Or is there another form that you prefer?

Over the knee is pretty effective for me. Sometimes when they're extra naughty I make them stand straight up with their knees and feet together and then completely bend at the waist and touch their toes. Then WAAP! that one is way more effective.
